Global has expertise working in over 60 countries throughout the world. The Global Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management System is designed to ensure that all company operations are conducted in as low a risk environment as possible and meet or exceed local work place HSEQ requirements. The system provides guidance and procedures for managers conducting operations or managing sites so that the work undertaken under their control is as safe and environmentally benign as possible.

Global’s HSEQ Management System model was developed with a seven-element structure as shown below:

September 2006 HSEQ Training – Houston Crew engaged in mule driving assessment		Global Worldwide HSE Manager, John Barrett, conducted a HSE Management System (HSEMS) training course in Lima Peru in October 2006. Participants included client representatives, Global’s country manager, crew 429 line managers and HSE staff. The 3-day course provided the participants with a thorough review of the key elements of the Global HSEMS and an understanding of their roles in promoting its use and implementation at the crew level. The course includes a variety of group workshops (approximately 7 hours in total) and instructor-lead presentations covering a number of modules including, but not limited to the following topics: Incident Prevention Incident Reporting Incident Investigations Auditing Techniques Unsafe Act/Condition Auditing Emergency Procedures
