Juan C. (JC) Abadia brings over 20 years of international leadership experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management within the energy and geophysical exploration industries. He has successfully led compliance and governance initiatives across Asia, Africa, North America, and South America, driving operational excellence through the design and implementation of robust, ISO-aligned safety and quality management systems.
 

Recognized for his data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership, JC has built and guided high-performing teams that strengthen safety culture, improve accountability, and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, reliable operations in complex, high-risk environments. His approach combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring full regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across all HSEQ functions.
