Board Member - Craig Lindberg

Mr. Lindberg is currently the Managing Director of SHC Asset Management, the family office of the Shipley Family. SHC is primarily focused on residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate in the Greater Houston area. Prior to SHC, Mr. Lindberg was hired by the Shipley family to reorganize and sell Shipley Do-Nuts, an 85-year-old privately-owned food manufacturer, distributor, franchisor, and chain restaurant operator with 340 stores in the southwest US. During his time at Shipley, Mr. Lindberg more than doubled EBITDA and sold the business for nearly triple what had been discussed with banks prior to his arrival. After the sale, Mr. Lindberg stayed on as President for a year to facilitate the transition to the new owners.

Mr. Lindberg was a co-founder of Global Geophysical Services and was the company’s initial CFO. During his tenure, he also served as the SVP of Strategic Initiatives and M&A and completed seven strategic acquisitions.
